Terms of Service

The deal
By using Mike's Ai Shortcuts (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't, don't use it.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 to buy a subscription. Keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
What the Service does
You paste in text; our Ai rewrites it in a chosen tone. The output is generated by an Ai and may occasionally be wrong, weird, or unsuitable — you're responsible for reviewing before you send it to anyone.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to harass, defraud, defame, or break the law. Don't try to generate content depicting minors, real people's non-public info, or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly ($6.97/mo) or yearly ($50/yr) via Lemon Squeezy.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account.
- Refunds are handled per our (and Lemon Squeezy's) refund policy — email us within 14 days if something's wrong.
- Prices may change; we'll email you at least 30 days before any increase applies to your plan.
Free trial
New users get 3 free rewrites. After that, a subscription is required.
Gifts
If a friend gifts you a subscription, it activates when you sign up with the invited email.
Content
You keep ownership of the text you paste in and the rewrites we produce. We don't claim any rights to it. We may keep anonymized usage stats to improve the Service.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the rewrites will be correct, kind, or professional. Use your own judgment before hitting send.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll email you.
