Who we are

Mike's Ai Shortcuts (the "Service") rewrites messages for you. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account info: your name and email when you sign up.
Usage: how many rewrites you've done, so we can enforce free-trial and subscription limits.
Content you submit: the text you paste in gets sent to our Ai provider to be rewritten. We don't store your original or rewritten text on our servers beyond what's needed to return the result to you.
Payment info: handled by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We never see or store your card details.
Marketing consent: if you tick the marketing box at signup, we record that consent (and its timestamp) so we can email you tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How we use it

To operate and improve the Service.
To send you transactional emails (sign-in confirmations, receipts).
To send you marketing emails only if you opted in.
To detect abuse and enforce our Terms.

Who we share it with

Our Ai provider to generate rewrites.
Lemon Squeezy for payments (they are the merchant of record).
Supabase for hosting our database and authentication.
Nobody else. We don't sell your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing us at the address below. If you're in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights; if you're in California, you have CCPA rights.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
